Extended HTML (like SCSS) which compiles back to html

# Building and Installation

To build or install Hylia, install golang.

`go build` Is just to build the binary.

`./install.sh` will install Hylia to /usr/bin on linux.

On Windows, build the .exe, find a safe place for it, and add it to your PATH.
