rtl8188eu: Fix fallthrough statements
In kernel 5.4.0-rc3, the kernel includes define a "fallthrough" macro, which breaks a couple of the statements in the driver. Use __fallthrough__ instead. Signed-off-by: Larry Finger <Larry.Finger@lwfinger.net>
