rtl8188eu: Remove ANTENNA DIVERSITY configuration variables and dead code

These changes include the following:
1. CONFIG_SW_ANTENNA_DIVERSITY - not selected
2. CONFIG_HW_ANTENNA_DIVERSITY - selected
3. CONFIG_ANTENNA_DIVERSITY - selected
